Participation doesn't guarantee progress.

Most organizations measure workforce activity. Few measure workforce outcomes. I help governments, organizations, and professionals close that gap.

Being employed doesn't always mean earning enough. Completing training doesn't always improve productivity. Increasing labour force participation doesn't automatically create economic mobility.

I study why working hard doesn't reliably translate into earning enough. My focus is the gap between labour market participation and adequate earnings, a gap standard employment statistics don't capture, because they measure whether you're working, not whether the work is paying off.

I call this gap the Participation-Earnings Gap, or PEG.

  • I'm an Economist, PhD, specializing in Workforce Intelligence, Workforce Strategy, and Workforce Transformation.
  • I help governments, development partners, organizations, and professionals make better workforce decisions by connecting labour market evidence with practical action.
  • Real workforce success isn't measured by activity alone. It's measured by outcomes.

About WOA

Workforce Outcomes Advisory

Workforce Outcomes Advisory (WOA) is a Workforce Intelligence and Advisory firm. Our starting observation is simple. Across Africa and beyond, participation in work, education, and training is rising, but it is not reliably converting into better earnings, productivity, or economic mobility. Organizations invest heavily in hiring, training, and workforce programs. Individuals invest heavily in credentials and effort. Too often, six months later, little on the ground has changed.

WOA exists to close that gap. We convert labour market evidence into decisions that organizations, institutions, and individuals can act on. We do not sell frameworks or generic HR advice. We sell clarity, foresight, and proof that workforce investment is working.
